Vertical Wintry Storage, a developer and operator of temperature-controlled distribution centers subsidized by genuine estate investment firm Platform Ventures, has launched the mountainous opening of the Burleson, Texas facility.
It’s Vertical Wintry Storage’s second distribution center within the Dallas-Castle Price market; the firm bought Lone Well-known individual Wintry Storage of Richardson, TX in 2022. The Burleson facility, located adjacent to I-35, is higher than 400,000 square feet, with a median particular height of 55 feet and 53 dock doors. It entails multiple rooms convertible to -20° F and is successfully-suited to a huge selection of frozen and refrigerated meals and other perishable merchandise.
